SWNotion.com has a new look

These are changes that I've wanted to make for a very long time! I didn't know exactly how to do it.. But I've got it to the point of which I like it. There will be more changes to the home page specifically. I removed forums as it basically had no use. All of the past news announcements are now stored in the news archive link in the footer of the site.
